Back to Basics

Well, that was an interesting week.

I hope you all have had the opportunity to sit and drink, or smoke, and breathe. I know I certainly have.

I have pondered the nature of change, weighing where things are and considering where things are going. Change is natural, inevitable, healthy and right. Change can be scary, but it can also be good.

And so, I think it is time for a change.

What? The Lounge? No no no, that's going to continue as the narcissistic nightmare it has always been. No, i am speaking of something far more important. I'm talking about the Laminated List.

My fickle libido has turned from the blonds and the reds to a more brunette-heavy gaggle of desire, so to speak...

...and they are...

Number 1
Beyonce

Number 2
Gabrielle Union

Number 3
Gina Torres

Number 4
Halle Berry

Number 5
Kerry Washington

Oh, and my gay alternate?

That should be obvious...

Of course, the comments are still locked out to all but me...

  1. I must say, that was one of the more awe-inspiring posts I've read in a very long time. Good job Mr. gin and tonic, you are at the top of your game!

When I get back from my three-month junket to Kuala Lmpur, I'll have you down to Salem for a smoked brisket...

  2. Even though I am in the middle of a complicated root canal on a tight-sweatered teenaged cheerleader, I cannot pull myself away from re-reading this post.

It may inspire me to abandon NASCAR, and start donating free dental work to needy immigrants. Also, I'm throwing my support and substantial personal wealth toward supporting Obama.

  3. Hi Mr. Gin and Tonic! [waves] That post was neat. :-)

I just bought a combo pack of bic razors at Vons, so now I'm going to go tidy up my pubic hair.

  4. Oh! You shave your pubes? I shave my pubes too! I usually have to lock th ebathroom door to do that though, otherwise the kids come in and it all gets very complicated.

We don't have Vons up here in Oregon. Maybe I should go to Safeway and see if they have a sale on Bic Razors too.

  5. Oh yes, bic razors are the best! Although, I don't shave everything down there. I just tidy up a bit around the edges.

  6. Oh I see, I usually shave completely. Or sometimes I shave little words into my pubes to surprise my husband. He likes that.

So, do you use soap when you shave your pubes?

  7. No actually, I use baby oil.

  8. I don't know about any of this pubic hair business, but I do know that the L_rd G_d J_h_va will smite us all for this post.

Hmmm.. I think it's time for a martini, some Dean Martin and a plate of sizzling bacon.

  9. While I am still concerned about the declining quality of your posts, I have to say that the comments have suddenly gotten much better!
